How do I design my custom coin or gift?
Send us a logo, artwork, a sketch, or just describe the idea. Our designers create the artwork free and send you a mock-up to approve. Once you're happy with it, we start production.
How long will it take to get my order?
- Challenge coins: about 3–4 weeks of production.
- Personalized gifts: about 3–4 weeks.
- Promotional products: 4–6 weeks, depending on order size.
Shipping time depends on where you are, and we'll keep you updated the whole way. Have a deadline? Tell us up front.
Can I get a sample before placing a big order?
Yes. We want you to be 100% confident in your order, so samples are available for most products. Just ask.
Can I get engraving on my gifts?
Absolutely. Names, dates, and special messages can be engraved on many products, including glassware, decanters, and coins.
